ئهگهر ئهو ڕستهیهی سهرهوه، ورد بکهینهوه، ئهوا دهکاته ههڵبژاردنی خراپ له خراپتر، که له ههموو بارێکدا درێژهدانه به تهمهنی خراپی و گهندهڵبوونی کۆمهڵگه و مانهوهی سهروهری مرۆڤ بهسهر مرۆڤهوه، که هیچ کات هاوتای گۆڕان نییه و دهبێته لهباربهری بزاڤه گۆڕانخوازهکان. ههر بۆیه ناوهنده جیهانییهکانی سهرمایهداری سالانه سهدان و ههزاران ملیۆن له ڕاکێشی لاوان و ناڕازیان بۆ دهنگدان و خۆشباوهڕی بهم دهسهلاتخواز و بهو دهسهلاتخواز، خهرج دهکهن. ههروهها ئهگهر دهنگدان و ههڵبژاردنی ڕیفۆرمیستهکان و تهنانهت خۆههڵبژاردنی ئهوانهش که خۆیان به شوانهی چهوساوان دهزانن، بیتوانییانه شتێك له بهرژهوهندی ژێردهستانی کۆمهڵگه بگۆڕێت، لانیکهم دهبوو ههنووکه له دونیادا مرۆڤی بێ سهرپهنا، مرۆڤی برسی، مرۆڤی ئاواره و ژنانی پله سێ و چوار، منالانی کارگهر ، زیندانهکان و مافیا و کارخانهکانی چهکسازی بوونیان نهبووایه، کهچی دهبینین به پێچهوانهوه له سهدهی بیست و یهکدا له سایهی بازار-ئازادی نیئۆلیبرالهکاندا کۆیلایهتی ژنان و منالان سهری ههڵداوهتهوه، با خوێنهرانی هێژا سهرنجی کۆیله جوتیارانی بهرازیل، کۆیله ژنانی ئۆروپای خۆرههڵاتی، کۆیله منالانی سرلانکا و ئهندونیزیا و پهرهسهندنهوهی ئاپارتاید و ڕاسیزم و شۆڤێنیزم لهچاو سهدهی بیست، بدهن!
ههرچهنده ههڵوێستی ئهنارکیستهکان لهمهڕ دهنگدان و ههڵبژاردن له
سیستمی چینایهتیدا ئاشکرا و ڕوونه، بهڵام لهتهك ئهوهشدا وهك ئهوهی که
دهسهڵاتخوازان ههر له چهپهوه تا راست، له سیکیولاریستهوه تا
ئایینی، له کۆنهپارێزهوه تا ڕیفۆرمیست، له پاوانخوازهوه تا
نیئۆلیبرال دهکهونه ههڵا و بهناوی بهرژهوهندی نهتهوهیی، گشتی و
چینایهتییهوه ڕهوایهتی به سهروهری چینایهتییان دهدهن، ئێمهش به
پێویست و گونجاوی دهزانین کهمپهینی دژی دهنگدان و دژی چوونهپای ههڵبژاردنی
دهسهلاتخوازان، بهڕێبخهین و مشهخۆران و سهرکوتگهرانی پشت دێوجامهی
بهرژهوهندی نهتهوهیی و نیشتمانی و چینایهتی و دهسکهلایی نوێنهرانی
ناوپارلهمان و پابهندی و گوێرایهڵییان بۆ یاساکانی سهروهری چینایهتی، بۆ
تاکی چین و توێژه ژێردهست و چهوساوهکانی کۆمهڵگه بخهینه ڕوو. ههروا بهو
جۆرهی ئهوان ئهو مافه بهخۆیان دهدهن، جهماوهر له ژێر ناوی جۆراوجۆر و
به پاگهندهی بێبنهمای زۆروزهبهدهندهوه، فریو بدهن، لە بەرامبەردا ئێمهش
به ئهرکی سهر شانی خۆمانی دهزانین، که پهرده لهسهر ئامانجه
نامرۆییهکانی پشتپهردهی دێوجامهکانی ههڵبژاردن و پارلهمان و فهرمانڕهوایی
گهلی (دێمۆکراسی) بۆ هاوچینهکانمان لا بدهین و بۆ خۆبیرکردنهوه و خۆبڕیاردان
و خۆبهڕێوهبردن و خۆبهرههمهێنان وخۆ دابهشکردن له دهرهوهی بازیچهکانی
نوێنهرایهتی و سهروهری چینه داراکان، بانگەوازیان بکەین.
ئهگهرچی بۆ تاکی ناهوشیاری خوارهوهی کۆمهڵگه، دهنگدان به ههلێك و ڕێگهیهك بۆ دهربرینی حهز و ئارهزووهکانیان لهبهرچاو دهگرێت، بهڵام مێژووی کۆمهڵگهی چینایهتی و مێژووی گشتیبوونی دهنگدانهکان له لانکهکانی پارلهمان و دێمۆکراسیدا تا دهگاته ههڵبژاردنهکانی 18 ساڵی رابووردوو لە کوردستان و عیراق، ئهوهیان نیشانداوه، که دهنگدان و خۆ ههڵبژاردن ئامرازێك و ڕێگهیهك نیین بۆ باشترکردنی ژیان و بهڕێوهبردنی کۆمهڵگه، بهڵکو بهپێچهوانهوه وهك دهبینین ئامرازێكن بۆ سهپاندنی ویستی چینهکانی سهرهوه بهسهر چینهکانی خوارهوهدا و ڕۆژانه لێرهو لهوێ له کۆمهڵگه ئۆروپی و ئهمهریکییهکانەوە بیگرە تا دهگاته کۆمهڵگه ئاسیایی و ئهفریکییهکان بهناوی نوێنهرانی ڕهوایی وهرگرتوو له دهنگدانی چهند ساڵ جارییهوه، هەوڵ دەدەن ڕهوایهتی بهو ڕیفۆرمانه بدهن، که پێداویستی سهرمایهگوزاری سهرمایهدارانی نێوخۆیی و دهرهکی و چۆنییهتی بهدهستهێنانی سوودی مشهخۆرکراوی ڕهنجی خهڵکی چهوساوهن.
ئهگهر به وردی سهرنجی پاگهنده و پلاتفۆری ئهوانهی که خۆیان به سهربهخۆ و جیا لیست دهکهن و پهیامی ڕیفۆرم بهرزدهکهنهوه بدهین، ئهوا دهبینین، بهڵێنهکانیان له ئازادکردنی بازار و دهسهلات له دهستی پارتێك یا سهرکردهیهکهوه بۆ خۆیان وهك نوێنهرانی کۆمپانیا مشهخۆرهکان، بهو لاوهتر ناچن. ئهمهش شتێکی ئاساییه و بهشێکه له شهڕی نێوان سهرمایهداران و یهکلاییکردنهوه و پچڕاندنی پشکی زیاتر و ههر کهسه ههوڵ دهدات، بازاری چهوسانهوهی ئێمه بۆ خۆی داگیر بکات. به واتایهکی تر ئهم شهڕه به ههر لایهکدا بکهوێت، هیچ له باری ژیان و گوزهرانی ڕۆژانهی کرێکاران، جوتیاران، فهرمانبهران، مامۆستایان، خوێندکاران، خانهنشینان و کهمئهندامان و منداڵان و ..تد ناگۆرێت، بهڵکو دهستی دهستی کردنە به گوزهران و بهڕێوهبردنی کاروباری ڕۆژانهمان له نێوان ئهم مشهخۆر و ئهو مشهخۆردا، بۆ ئهوهی فرهتر نهبوونی جیاوازی له نێوان دهسهڵاتداران و ئۆپۆزسیۆنی دهسهڵاتخوازدا دهرکهوێت، له خوارهوه ههوڵ دهدهم سهرخهتی جیاوازییه ڕواڵهتییهکانیان بخهمه بهرتیشکی ڕۆشنایی ئهزموونه مێژوویهکان.
جیایی دهسهڵاتی پارت و میرایەتی: ئهم پاگهنده بۆ خۆی فرهتر له گاڵته و قۆشمهوه نزیکه تا لە دهربڕینێکی رامیاریی ئاوهزپهسهندەوە. چونکه له سیستمی پارلهمانیدا ئهوه پارت و کهسایهتی کارێزماکراون، که بۆ دهسهلاتداری ههڵدهبژێردرێن، ئهوه پارته دهسهڵات دهگرێته دهست، ئهگهر پارتیش نهبێت و فیلۆسۆفان و ڕۆشنبیران و ڕۆژنامهگهران و پرۆفیسۆرانی دانشگەکان و زاناکانیش دسهڵات بگرنه دهست، هیچ لهو بنهمایه ناگۆڕێت، که کۆمهڵگه لهسهر بنهمای سهروهری کهمایهتییهك و ژێردهستهیی زۆرینهیهك رادهگیرێت، هیچ لهوه ناگۆریت که دزینی ڕهنجی چینهکانی خوارهوه، ئهوانهی له سهرهوه ناومان هێنان، بهناوی خاوهندارێتی ڕهواوه، پیرۆز و دروست دادهنرێت، هیچ لهوه ناگۆڕێت، که وهك وڵاته ئۆروپییهکان به پێجهوانهی خواستی دهنگدهرانهوه جهنگه نیودهوڵهتی و ناوچهیی و میلیشیاییهکان به دهنگدانی نوێنهرانی ههڵبژێردراو له پارلهمانهکاندا ههڵدهگیرسێنن؛ نموونه جهنگهکانی کهنداو، جهنگ یوگوسلاڤیا و ئەفگانستان .. تد. ئایا فهرمانی تهقهکردن له خۆپیشاندان لهلایهن پێشمهرگهیهکهوه بدرێت یا فیلۆسۆفێکهوه هیچ له ناوهڕۆکی مرۆڤکوژی فهرمانهکه و ویستهکه دهگۆڕێت؟ ئایا سهرۆکی میری و ههرێم پالهوانه ئهفسانییهکان و هۆنهره ههستناسکهکان بن یا سهرۆکی باندێکی مافیایی هیج لهوه دهگۆڕێت، که دهوڵهت و میری ئامرازی دهسهتی چینێکن بهسهر چینهکانی تردا؟
ئێمه لایهنگری ههرچی کهمکردنهوهی دهسهڵاتی میری، پارت، سهرۆك، مزگهوت، لهشکر و پۆلیسین، لایهنگری لۆکاڵیکردنهوهی بڕیاردان و جێبهجێکردن و بهڕێوهبردنین، بهڵام پێ لهسهر ئهوه دادهگرین که پله و ڕێوشوێنی کۆمهڵایهتی، ئازایهتی و جوانی و رابوردووی پاك و ههژاری هیچ پارلهمانتارێك و هیچ دهسهڵاتدارێك هیچ له چهوسێنهربوونی و سهروخهڵکیبوونی ناگۆڕێت! ههر بۆیه داخوازی جیاکردنهوهی پارتایهتی و میرایهتی له سیستمی چینایهتیدا، ههم درۆیه و ههم هیچ له ڕهوایهتی سهروهری کۆمهڵه مشهخۆڕێك بهناوی نوێنهرانی خهڵکهوه ناگۆرێت! هەر لەبەر ئەمەشە، کە لە بری هەڵبژاردنی خراپ لە خراپتر، بایکۆتی دەنگدان دەکەین و خوازیاری هەڵمەتی کۆوەبوون و ڕێکخراوبوون و پێكهێنانی ڕێکخراوە لۆکاڵییە جەماوەرییەکانین!
دهستکۆتاکردنی پارت له بازاردا: ئهوهی که کۆمهڵگه به دهشت و تهپۆڵکه و کارگه و ئهلهکتریك و ئاو و کهلهپور و شهقام و فێرگهکانییهوه، به ڕێگهی تایبهتیکردن و فرۆشتنی لهلایهن میرایهتی پارت و کرینهوهی لهلایهن کۆمپانیاکانی پارتهوه تاڵان و برۆ کراوه، کهس نییه نهیزانێت. ئهمهش تهنیا تایبهتمهندی چهتهگهری دهسهڵاتدارانی پارتی و یهکێتی نییه و خوێنهری بهڕێز دهتوانێت سهرنجی ئهفریکای باشوور و ئهمهریکای لاتین و خواروو و خۆرههڵاتی ئاسیا بدات، دهبینێت که ئهوه چهتهگهری بازار-ئازادی نیئۆلیبرالیزمه و شهڕی بهناو ڕیفۆرمخوازانیش لهسهر لێسهندنهوه و دواتر گشتیکردنهوه و گهلیکردنهوهی گرد و دهشت و کارخانه و ناوهنده خزمهتگوزارییهکان و فێرگه و مۆزهخانهکان نییه، بەڵکو شهڕی ئهوان لهسهر پچڕاندنی بهشێکه لهو تاڵانییه بۆ مشۆخۆرهکانێك که داوای پشکهدزی دهکهن. ئهوان دهیانهوێت سهرمایهگوزاری و تاپۆکردنی کارخانه و شهقام و گردهکان بۆ دهسهڵاتدارانی پارته زلهکان نهبێت، بهڵکو ههموو خوازیارێکی پشکهدزی و مشهخۆڕێك مافی بهدهسهێنانی ئهو تاڵانییهی ههبێت، مافی سهرمایهگوزاری لهسهر خوان و سهرمێزی پۆلهکان و سهر قهرهوێلهی نهخۆشخانهکانیان ههبێت. ئهوهی ههرای بۆ دهکرێت و بهناوی بهرژهوهندی خهڵکییهوه شهڕی لهسهر دهکرێت، شهڕی زالووه ههڵئاوساوهکانی مشهخۆری 18 ساڵهیه و ئهوڕۆکه به یاسای کێبرکێ و پاشقوڵ لهیهكگرتنی بازار، ههوڵی دابهشکردنی دهسهڵاتیان دهدهن. شەڕی دەسەڵاتخوازان و دەسەڵاتداران لەتەك شەڕی دژەدەسەڵاتان و دەسەڵات لەیەك جیاوازن. شەڕی ئەوان بۆ هاوپشكبوونیانە لەتەك دەسەڵاتداران لە تاڵان و دزینی ڕەنجی ئێمەدا، شەڕی ئێمە بۆ سەندنەوەی داهات و بەروبووم و گرد و کارخانه و دهشتهکان و شهقامهکان و فێرگه و نهخۆشخانه دزراوەکانی وڵاتە لە دەسەڵاتداران و دەسەڵاتوخوازان!
ئێمه له خۆمانهوه بڕیاری پێش کاتەکی بهسهر کهس و سهرهنجامی گارهگاری هیچ یەك لە کۆمهڵه دهسهڵاتخوازهکان نادهین و کهس له خۆمانهوه سزاوار به چارهنووسی ناکهین، ئێمه مێژوو دهخوێنهوه، ئهوهی ئهمرۆ له کوردستان ڕوودهدا نزیکهی نیوه دهههیهك لهمهوبهر له ئهفریکای باشووری ڕووی دا، دهههیهك لهمهوبهر له ئهمهریکای باشووری ڕوویدا و پیشکهوتن و دواکهوتنی ڕووداوهکان به دوورونزیکی له ڕهشهبای نیئۆلیبرالیمهوه بهستراوه. کوردستان و عیراق، وهك کۆمهڵگهیهکی مرۆیی ژێرچهپۆکی سیستمی چینایهتی بۆرژواکان، ناتوانن له تاڵانگهرییهکانی بازار-ئازادی نیئۆلیبرالیزم بهدهر بن. ئەوەی خوازیاری بازار-ئازادی نیئۆلیبرالیزمە، کەواتە خوازیاری گەندەڵی و تاڵانگەری و مشەخۆری و هەرکەسە بۆ خۆیەتی، ئەگەر نا بێجگە لە خەبات و وەستانەوە دژی ئەو ڕەشەباییە، هیچ هەڵبژێرێکی ترمان لەبەردەمدا نییە، ئەویش لهم ساتهدا دەنگنەدانە بە نیئۆلیبراڵەکان و بە پارلەمانەکەیان، بە سەروەری چینایەتییان!
ئێمه نه لایهنگری بازاری پاوانکراوی میرایهتی پارتین و نه لایهنگری بازار-ئازادی نیئۆلیبرالهکان، چونکه له ههردوو باردا بازار جێگهی ساخکردنهوهی ڕهنجی دزراوی بهرههمهێنهران و تالانبردنی داهاتی کۆمهڵگهیه. ئێمه نه لایهنگری خاوهندارێتی پارتیی، دهولهتیین نه لایهنگری خاوهندارێتی تاکه سهرمایهدارهکانین، دژی ههموو جۆره خاوهندارییهتییهکی تایبهتین، لهبهر ئهوهی که بهبێ مشهخۆری ڕهنجی کهسانی دی و دزی داهاتی کۆمهڵگه، خاوهندارێتی تایبهت سهرههڵنادات و سهرمایه بهبێ کهلهکهبوونی ڕهنجنی دزراوی ئێمه له گیرفانی کهمایهتییهکی مشهخۆردا، وهك بهفری بههاران دهتوێتهوه! ئهوانهی که شهڕه دهنوکی خۆیان لهسهر چۆنیهتی دابهشکردنی داهاتی تالانکراوی کۆمهڵگه، لهژێر نێوی بهرژهوهندی گشتی و نهتهوهیی و نیشتمانی چی و چیتردا دهڕازێننهوه، سبهی له سیبهری دهسهلاتی خواییانهی ئهواندا دهنگدهرانی خۆشباوهڕی ئهوڕۆ – ئهگهر هوشیاری بهدهستنههێنن و ئهزموون وهرنهگرن- ئهوا دهڵێن خۆزگه به کفندزی پێشوو، ههروهك کهسانێکی ناهوشیار له ئهمهریکای لاتین، له ئێران و له عیراقدا خۆزگه به ههرزانی سهردهمی دیکتاتۆرهکان دهخوازن!
دهستکۆتاکردنی پارت له زانکۆکاندا: پێش ههموو شت پێویسته ئهوه بڵێم، که خودی زانست له سایهی سیستمی چینایهتیدا چهکێکه بۆ گیلکردن و فریودانی خهڵك، ئامرازێکه بۆ پهروهردهکردنی خهڵكی کۆیله و کۆیلهگهر، دهستهمۆ و دهستهمۆگهر. دانشگهکانیش ههمان وانهی ڕهوایهتی سهروهری به خوێندکاران دهدهن، که پارت به ئهندامانی و جهنهڕاڵ به سهربازهکانی و بهڕێوهبهر به فهرامهنبهرهکانی دهیدات. ئهوڕۆکه له سهدهی بیست و یهکدا ژمارهی دانشگه ئازادهکان به پهنجهکانی دهست دهژمێردڕێن و ئهوانهش به ههوڵی کهسانی دژهدهسهڵات لێرهو لهوێ لهسهر بنهمای ڕێکخستنێکی تر و فێرکارییهکی تر، بهڕێوهدهبرین و ڕیگری زۆریشیان بۆ دهکرێت. له سایهی ناوهندیبوونهوهی دهسهڵاتهکان له دهوڵهتی بۆرژوازیدا، وێرای پاگهنده ڕواڵهتییهکانیان، له ههموو سهردهمهکانی تری سهروهری چینایهتی مرۆڤهکان و کایه ڕۆشنبیرییهکان ژێرچهپۆکترن و ناوهنده پشتپردهییه جیهانییهکانی سیستمهکه ئاراستهیان دیاری دهکهن، ئهوڕۆ له دانشگهکاندا زانست و دانش وهك کاڵا بهپێی داخوازی سیستمهکه پهرهیان پێ دهدرێت و دهخێرێنه بازارهوه، دانشگهکان خهریکه دهبنه بازاڕی خستنهڕووی مۆدێله پهسهندهکانی سهرمایهداری.
ئێمه وێڕای پێخۆشبوون و داخوازبوونی دهستکۆتاکردنی کۆمیته پارتییهکان و جهنراڵهکانی میرین له بواری خوێندن و پهروهردهدا و خوازیاری جیاکردنهوهی دانشگه و مهڵبهنده پارتییهکانین، هاوکاتیش خوازیاری دهستکۆتاکردنی میرایهتین لهو بوارانهدا و خوازیاری ههرچی زووتر ئازادکردنی خوێندن و پهروهردهین له داوی ئهفسانهکانی ئایین و ناسیونالیزم و ڕهوایهتی سیستمی بۆرژوازی. پێمان وایه بهڵگهی زیندووش ههیه، که لایهنگرانی ئازادی -تهراتێنی- کۆمپانیاکان له سهر سفرهی ههژاران، له لیبڕاڵترین سات و باری نیئۆلیبرالیزمدا دژی ئازادی-بیرکردنهوه و زانست و دانشی مرۆدۆستین! بۆیه له باشترین باردا ئهوانهی که نێوی ڕیفۆرم و ڕیفۆرمیان له پاوانگهری پارتهکاندا له خۆیان ناوه، ههرچۆن ئامانجیان له جیاکردنهوهی پارت و میرایهتی و ئازادکردنی بازار له چنگ پارتهکان له پێناو خۆشگوزهرانکردنی خهڵکی برسی و ژیان نامسۆگهر نییه، ههرواش پاگهندهی دهرکێشانی دانشگهکان له ژێر ڕکێفی پارتهکاندا بۆ کردنییهتی به بهشیك له بازار-ئازادی-نیئۆلیبرالیزم و دهبێت خوێندکارانی کوردستان له سایهی نیئۆلیبرالیزمدا بۆ بهدهستهێنانی خهرجی وهرگرتن و خوێندنیان له دانشگه بهناو ئازادهکانی بهرهی ڕیفۆرمدا، ڕوو له لهشفرۆشگه و بانده تریاکفرۆشهکان بنێن!
ئهگهر کورتی بکهمهوه، دهبێت بڵێم، جیاکردنهوهی دهسهڵاتهکان و جیاکردنهوهی پارت و میری، پارت و دانشگه و پارت و بازار، هیچ نییه جگه له پهردهپۆشکردنی کهموکوڕییهکانی بازار-ئازادی نیئۆلیبراڵهکان، هیچ نییه بێجگه له خۆشباوهڕکردنهوهی خهڵکی ناڕازای به تهبایی سیستمی چینایهتی لهتهك ویست و ئازادی و ژیانی مرۆیی تاکهکانی کۆمهڵ. به بروای ئێمه ژیان و ئازادی و سهربهخۆیی له دهوهری سیستمی چینایهتیدایه، له کۆمهڵگه ئازادهکاندایه که خاوهندارێتی تایبهتی و سهروهرییهکهی شتێکی زیادهن و له نێو پێداویستییهکانی ژیانی ئازادانه و یهکسانانهی مرۆڤهکاندا جێیان نابێتهوه. وهها کۆمهڵگهیهك ههر ئێستا و له دهروونی ئهم سیستهمه دژهمرۆییهوه دهتوانرێت ههنگاو بهههنگاو پایهکانی له بواری ئابووری، ڕامیاری، پهروهرده و یهکگرتنی هاوپشتیانهدا داڕێژین و یهکهم ههنگاومان بهشدارینهکردنی دهنگدانهکان بێت و له بری ئهوه دهست به کۆبوونهوه گشتی و جهماوهرییهکانی خۆمان، پێكهێنانی ڕێکخراوه گهلیی و جهماوهرییهکانی خۆمان، دهست به ئاڵووێری ئازادانه و بهشکردنی خۆویستانه و گهلکاری خۆبهخشانه بکهین، خشت بهخشت ئهم سیستمه ههڵبوهشێنینهوه و لهجێیدا خۆبهرێوهبهرایهتی ههرهوهزییه ئازادهکان و گهلکارییه خۆبهخشهکان و یهکێتی و فیدراتیڤی ئهنجومهنه جهماوهرییهکان له گوندهکان، له گهڕهکهکان و له کارخانه و فهرمانگه و خوێندنگه و خزمهتگوزارییهکاندا له ئاستی ناوچهیی، ههرێمی سهرتاسهری تا دهگاته ئاسته کیشوهری و نانهتهوهییهکان، لهسهر بنهمای پێكهاتنی ئازادانه و خۆویستانه لهسهر خاوهندارێتی هاوبهش و گشتی پایهڕیژی بکهین.
